Setup details ($50)
Optional Done-for-You Website Setup, $50 one-time, for a compatible basic website and one domain in your own accounts: we connect your domain, set up DNS and Cloudflare hosting, upload your website files and check HTTPS. Setup only — not unlimited troubleshooting or ongoing maintenance. Already bought setup? You’ll never be charged for it twice.
What’s not included
We don’t provide hosting, SEO services or lead generation. Also not included unless separately agreed: domain purchase or renewals, paid hosting, business email inboxes, advanced booking systems, e-commerce, databases or custom apps, unlimited revisions, ongoing changes or maintenance, and guaranteed Google rankings, traffic or leads. Any extra requirements or third-party costs are explained before we accept a project.
Third-party costs
You register and control your own domain and hosting accounts, in your name. Hosting is free on Cloudflare’s plan for compatible static websites. A domain is not free: a .com is often under $20 a year (we recommend Porkbun; Cloudflare sells at cost, about $10). Costs like domain registration and yearly renewal, optional paid hosting, or business email are paid by you directly to those companies. No mandatory monthly service fees from Ray Syntax Solutions.

Yes — $300 one-time for us to design and build your Professional Business Website (1–3 agreed pages). The only optional extra from us is the $50 one-time go-live setup. No mandatory monthly service fees from Ray Syntax Solutions. The one other cost is your domain (your web address), which you buy yourself — a .com is often under $20 a year.
What’s a domain, and where do I buy one?

Is hosting really free? Is the domain free too?
Hosting, yes: compatible static websites — like the ones we build — can be hosted free on Cloudflare’s plan, in your own account. The domain is not free; you pay the domain company once a year.
What does the $50 setup do?

Do I actually own my website?
